DESCRIPTION:2nd Annual Freedom Boat Parade\n\n\n\n\nFirst of all\, come down and have lunch before we celebrate our FREEDOM on the Snake River at our 2nd annual Freedom Boat Parade! Speaking of which\, last year’s parade was a huge success and tons of fun. So\, don’t miss the fun this year! \nFeel free to use our launch and get your boat in the parade line. Additionally\, there will be a National Anthem performance\, followed by a Boy Scouts Flag Ceremony and Boat send off. And after all the festivities\, we’ll be back for the Party\, where you can enjoy dinner and dancing with a live band. \nSAVE THE DATE: July 6\, 2024\, at 2:00 PM. \nIf you’re interested in participating in the Boat Parade Decorating Contest\, call The Boathouse at 208-431-8218 to register. You’ll be given a contestant number that must be visible on your vessel. However\, participating in the decorating contest is optional – you can totally just float in the parade if you prefer. Just remember\, the judge’s boat will be clearly visible and docked at the Lex Kunau Park. \nThe Winners and Prizes will be announced by 5pm at Portside Pizza & Pub. More details\, including boat categories\, will be provided as it gets closer to the event. Enter the Small Boat Category!\nFirst responders\, get that uniform on and represent!\nWith this in mind\, here are a few ideas to start the brainstorming.\n\nCategory must be chosen at registration tent the day of.\n\n\n(For more details\, follow the Event page at Burley FREEDOM BOAT PARADE)\n\n\n\nParade route is 5 miles long and starts and ends at The Riverside Resort\, located at 175 W HWY 30\, Burley. (Right next to McCains). There will be a helicopter flyover\, free giveaways\, military presence and more!\nFurthermore\, Dave Nudo Band will be leading the outdoor concert at 5pm. Drink specials\, jello shots\, freebies! Sponsored by 44North.\nBoaters\, do you know someone who fought for our freedoms?
