On the northern side of town you will enjoy the amazing Snake River’s Perrine Bridge. For the thrill seekers, you’ll enjoy “base jumping” approximately 486 ft down to the Snake River. Tranquil waterfalls and rugged terrains and springs surround the area. Evel Kneivel may have failed to successfully launch a rocket to the other side of the river in 1974 but the charm of this place will never get old.  Endless possibilities of outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking in the famous Twin Falls. There are over 1300 acres of natural parks to explore via hiking or kayaking, fishing and boating. You do not want to miss Shoshone Falls, also known as the Niagara Falls of the west. It towers over Niagara by 200 ft. The most spectacular time to view Shoshone Falls is in the spring.

The beautiful mountains of Rock Creek are perfect for its nature, and miles of off-road trails. This is the ideal place for an atv adventure, camping and wildlife, including a hummingbird sanctuary and you may spot a few moose along the way!

For more site-seeing, be sure to visit the town of Buhl and visit the amazing Balanced Rock. This spectacular 40 ton rock is perfectly balanced at 48 feet tall and just a few feet at the pedestal keeps this natural wonder perfectly balanced.
